Liver: Normal parenchymal echotexture and echogenicity. No focal hepatic mass.

Peritransplant collections: None.

Gallbladder: Cholecystectomy.

Bile Ducts: No intrahepatic biliary ductal dilation. The common bile duct measures [ ] cm.

Pancreas: Visualized portions of the head and body of the pancreas are unremarkable.

Right Kidney: Normal parenchymal echogenicity. No masses or calculi. No hydronephrosis.

Left Kidney: Normal parenchymal echogenicity. No masses or calculi. No hydronephrosis.

Spleen: [Spleen size] cm, normal.

Aorta and IVC: Unremarkable.

Fluid: No evidence of ascites or pleural effusions.

LIVER DOPPLER:

Splenic vein: Patent continuous normal antegrade direction flow towards the liver. Velocity: [Splenic vein velocity] cm/sec.

Portal Veins:

Extrahepatic portal vein: Patent continuous antegrade flow. Velocity: [MPV velocity] cm/sec.

Portal vein at anastomosis: Patent continuous antegrade flow. Velocity: [Portal vein anastomosis velocity] cm/sec.
