Brain and Orbits: No abnormality of the visualized intracranial compartment or orbits.

Paranasal: Visualized paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are clear.

Suprahyoid Neck:

Pharynx: Normal nasopharynx and oropharynx.

Spaces: Normal parapharyngeal and masticator spaces.

Mouth: Normal oral cavity and floor of mouth structures.

Infrahyoid Neck:

Hypopharynx: Normal posterior hypopharynx.

Aryepiglottic Folds: Normal aryepiglottic folds.

Hematoma: No significant hematoma.

Salivary Glands:
Normal parotid and submandibular glands.

Lymph Nodes:
No pathologic lymph nodes by size or morphology criteria.

Vessels:
Vascular structures of the neck are patent.

Thyroid:
Normal.

Other:

Bones: No destructive osseous lesion.

Lungs: The included lung apices are clear.

IMPRESSION:
No definite mass or adenopathy within the neck.
