FINDINGS:
Normal excursion of both hemidiaphragms was observed during quiet inspiration and expiration. During the sniff test, normal diaphragmatic relaxation is identified on both sides. No paradoxical diaphragmatic excursion is identified to suggest phrenic nerve palsy.

IMPRESSION:
Negative sniff test.
