Status post bilateral lung transplant. Trachea is midline, heart size is normal. No focal pulmonary opacity, pneumothorax, or pleural effusion. No acute osseous or abdominal abnormality.

IMPRESSION:
Status post bilateral lung transplant, no acute cardiopulmonary disease.
