Our platform is built by a radiologist-developer, giving us a unique perspective that combines clinical expertise with technical capabilities. RadShare currently offers a growing library of musculoskeletal imaging cases, each structured with key images, findings, impressions, differential diagnoses, discussions, and references. We're also building a comprehensive resource review system that helps users discover high-quality external content across the web. Our focus is initially on musculoskeletal radiology with plans to expand to additional subspecialties.

While some content is available to browse without an account, creating a free account gives you access to additional features such as saving favorites, tracking your learning progress, and participating in resource reviews. We're currently implementing enhanced authentication options including Google, Twitter, and Discord login integration to make the sign-up process even simpler.

While not formally peer-reviewed in the academic journal sense, our content is created by qualified radiologists and is regularly updated to ensure accuracy. We're currently developing an editorial workflow and review process for contributor-submitted content to maintain high-quality standards as we grow.

RadShare was built with simplicity and speed in mind. Our case upload process is designed for ease of use, with a focus on quick screenshot uploads and a convenient structured tagging system that makes it easy to organize and find relevant content. While we recognize the importance of DICOM support, we are currently focused on delivering the most value to our users through our existing feature set. We do plan to implement DICOM support in focused phases moving forward, with the goal of providing a seamless and user-friendly experience for our users.
